BD11 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BD11 and everything on the platform — your account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay. BD11 uses provably fair systems for crash games and certified RNG for all other titles. Collusion, use of bots, exploitation of software bugs, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

Account Security

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BD11 ("the Platform"). By accessing BD11, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on BD11, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

BD11 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of BD11 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. BD11 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes via email or platform notification.

These Terms apply to all BD11 services including the website, mobile site, and the BD11 Android app. They apply regardless of the device or connection method you use to access BD11.


02 Eligibility

To open and use a BD11 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be accessing BD11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BD11 employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from BD11 under any prior account.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

BD11 takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe a player is under 18, BD11 will suspend the account immediately and withhold any funds pending full identity verification. Underage gambling is illegal and BD11 has zero tolerance for it.

BD11 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.


03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one BD11 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on BD11, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BD11 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BD11 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your BD11 account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BD11 support immediately.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your BD11 account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
  • Do not access BD11 from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
  • Notify BD11 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

04 Deposits & Payments

BD11 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on BD11 are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though BD11 may apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

Deposits on BD11 are processed instantly under normal conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your BD11 wallet within 15 minutes, contact BD11 support with your transaction reference number. BD11 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit issues promptly.

  • Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.
  • BD11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
  • Deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts may be held pending verification.
  • BD11 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

BD11 may offer deposit bonuses from time to time. These are subject to separate bonus terms outlined in Section 6. Always read the bonus terms before making a deposit specifically to claim a promotion.


05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on BD11 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. BD11 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.

Most BD11 withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases — particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals — BD11 may require identity verification before processing. This is a standard security measure and is not a reason for concern. Providing the requested documents promptly will speed up the process.

  • Withdrawals are only sent to accounts registered in the player's own name.
  • BD11 may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification before processing withdrawals.
  • Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
  • BD11 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or compliance checks.
  • Withdrawals requested outside of normal processing hours may take longer to complete.

If a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact BD11 support with your withdrawal reference. BD11 will trace the transaction and provide an update within 24 hours.


06 Bonuses & Promotions

BD11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All BD11 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. The standard BD11 wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
  • Bonus funds are used after real money funds are exhausted in any given game session.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
  • BD11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire will be removed from the account automatically.
  • Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Check the specific promotion terms for game contribution rates.

Any attempt to abuse BD11 bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the account.

BD11 reviews bonus activity regularly. Players found to be exploiting promotions in bad faith will have their accounts reviewed and may be permanently excluded from future BD11 promotions even if their account remains active.


07 Gameplay & Fair Play

BD11 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Crash games on BD11 — including Go Rush — use provably fair algorithms that allow players to independently verify round outcomes. All other games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are regularly audited.

BD11 game results are final once a round is completed. BD11 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error. If you believe a game result was affected by a technical fault, contact BD11 support within 24 hours of the incident with the relevant game round ID.

  • Players must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to play on BD11.
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • Collusion between players in any BD11 game is strictly forbidden.
  • BD11 monitors gameplay patterns and reserves the right to void rounds where irregular activity is detected.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BD11 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

  • Registering more than one BD11 account.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Using BD11 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with BD11 systems or infrastructure.
  • Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing BD11 staff or other players.
  • Sharing your BD11 account with any other person.
  • Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Engaging in any activity that BD11 reasonably determines to be fraudulent or harmful to the platform.

BD11 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity on BD11 that is suspected to involve criminal conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.


09 Account Suspension & Closure

BD11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
  • Abusive behaviour directed at BD11 staff or other players.
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BD11 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player via their registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to BD11, subject to verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BD11 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.


10 Responsible Gaming

BD11 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. BD11 provides the following tools to help players stay in control:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your BD11 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

  • Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In all cases, BD11's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's BD11 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits BD11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.


13 Changes to These Terms

BD11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, BD11 will notify players via their registered email address or via a platform notification at login.

Your continued use of BD11 after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
